These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ChimpVine Nepal, including the website chimpvinenepal.com, our AI courses for KG to Class 12 and related services (together, the "Platform"). ChimpVine Nepal is operated by Danson Solutions Pvt Ltd ("ChimpVine Nepal", "we", "us") of Hattisar, Kathmandu, Nepal.

By creating an account, paying for a membership or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who can use ChimpVine Nepal

• Accounts must be created and managed by an adult aged 18 or older who is a parent, legal guardian, teacher or authorized school representative (the "Account Holder").
• Children under 18 may use the Platform only through an account set up by their Account Holder and under that adult's supervision.
• A school that gives students access confirms that it has the permission of each student's parent or guardian where needed.
• The Account Holder is responsible for all activity on the account, including the child's use.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. Tell us right away on +977 9802322950 or [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
• Each membership includes one child account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

3. Membership and payment

• Plan. The yearly membership costs NPR 4,000 and gives one child 12 months of full access. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Currency and tax. Prices are in Nepali rupees (NPR) and include any applicable taxes.
• Ways to pay. You can pay online at checkout with eSewa, or send the payment directly to our eSewa ID 9802322950. If we add other payment methods, we will list them on our Pricing page.
• Direct eSewa payments. After paying to our eSewa ID, send your receipt, email address and child's name to us on WhatsApp or Viber at +977 9802322950. We open your account within 24 hours of confirming the payment.
• Keep your PIN safe. We will never ask for your eSewa PIN, password or OTP. Only pay through checkout on chimpvinenepal.com or to our eSewa ID 9802322950.

4. How long access lasts

• Your membership lasts 12 months from the day your account opens.
• It does not renew automatically. We will remind you before it ends, and you can renew by paying again.

5. Refunds

• Membership payments are non-refundable, and we do not refund any unused part of a membership.
• If you pay twice by mistake or send the wrong amount, contact us within 7 days. We will check the payment and return the extra amount.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Nepal's Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018).

6. Courses, content and certificates

• We update our courses regularly to keep up with changes in AI. We may add, change or remove courses, lessons or features at any time.
• Learners earn a certificate at the end of each module. Certificates confirm that a learner completed ChimpVine lessons. They are not academic credit, and they are not issued or recognized by any government education authority.
• Anyone can check a certificate on our Validate Certificate page.

7. Acceptable use

You, and any learner using your account, agree not to:

• copy, share, resell or publish our courses, videos, activities or other materials without our written permission;
• reverse engineer or scrape the Platform, or try to access its source code, systems or other users' accounts;
• get around security features or access controls;
• upload malicious code, or content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, obscene or infringes other people's rights;
• harass, bully or impersonate anyone;
• use the Platform or any AI tool for cheating, copying or other academic dishonesty.

8. AI and outside tools

• AI can give answers that are wrong, incomplete or biased. Learners should check AI output and use their own judgment, and adults should guide how children use AI.
• Some lessons may show outside AI tools run by other companies. Those tools have their own terms, privacy policies and minimum age rules, and ChimpVine Nepal is not responsible for them. The Account Holder decides whether and how a child uses them.

9. Intellectual property

• The Platform and its content, including courses, videos, activities, graphics, curriculum and the ChimpVine name and logo, belong to ChimpVine or its licensors and are protected by law.
• We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your own or your child's education while your membership is active. Schools may use materials only within their agreement with us.
• Projects that learners create remain theirs. We may store and display them inside the account to provide the service, but we will not publish a learner's work without the Account Holder's permission.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how parents can review or delete their child's information. We do not sell personal information.

11. Links to other websites

The Platform links to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content or AI output is accurate or complete. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet, electricity or device problems outside our control.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users at risk or must be closed by law. If we close your account when you have not broken these Terms, we will refund the unused part of your membership. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a significant change, we will tell Account Holders by email, SMS or a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Platform after that, you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be settled this way will be handled by the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
